We have listed below a range of Frequently Asked Questions you may find helpful.

Stripe is a secure payment processor and we use Stripe for all of our payments.

During the Registration process you may be asked to Verify the payment through Stripe by your Bank. 

This is standard prodecure and it is safe to do so.

Once you have Verified the Payment you will be redirected to your Dashboard in the Website Building Platform. 

You can sell anything that you make or create yourself.  

This can include

  • Cards
  • Wax Melts
  • Bathbombs
  • Knitted Items
  • Crotched Items
  • Wooden Items
  • Perfume or Scented Items
  • Book Folded Items
  • Pebble Art
  • Upcycled Items

 

We have no limit to the number of products that you sell.  Our only specification is that you must have made the items yourself or created them.  You cannot sell products that someone else has made.

Yes, you can add variations or options for Size, Colour, Flavour etc.

You can use Paypal or Stripe as a Payment Processor, or use a Cash on Delivery option.

You will receive an email notification to the email address you have configured in your Account Dashboard when you receive an order.

Once you start to create your website it will be 'Live' on our secure core url. You can purchase a Domain Name for your website.  We do not include Domain Names as part of our service.  Instructions on how to configure your Domain Name purchased from a Domain Name Seller such as GoDaddy are included in your Back Office.  We recommend GoDaddy as they provide a .co.uk or .uk Domain Name for a special price if purchased for 2 years or more.

When you create your website it is secure on our core url.  If you want to use a custom domain (and we recommend that you do), then you will need to purchase an SSL Certificate for your website when the custom domain is configured.  An SSL Certificate is renewed every year.

There is no minimum subscription period and you can cancel your account anytime.
